So, why do some photographers still swear by it? Arguably, because the Canon 5D Mark II is one of the best camera bodies for hobby-level photographers today. The camera has four dials in total: two main dials on the top of the camera, a dedicated exposure compensation dial and a fourth dial encircling the four-way controller on the back of the camera. It's a big jump from the 3.9fps of the Canon 5D Mark II, though The EOS 5D Mark II is a very important camera for Canon as it straddles the boundary between professional and enthusiast models. While most enthusiasts tend to remain committed to a particular system, we have seen how professional photographers will switch if a rival manufacturer produces a camera that better suits their needs. Image: Sony I did not like cropped sensors. Canon made available a camera with a full-sized 24x36 sensor and if I remember correctly it was my EOS 5D Mark II. But getting back to the 5D Mark IV, it's a professional-level camera. The only thing I do not like is the LCD monitor.
